設計概念 / Design Concept優雅格調徜徉，漫遊其中，光澤渲染出漸次光影氛圍的灰調場域，背後蘊含簡約純粹的設計心性；由於業主為網路設計工作者，能夠多功能使用的敞亮空間，便自然成為其夢想宅邸的藍圖，應和於此，線條俐落卻富玩味的個性家宅，於一片靜謐素雅中誕生。 To go along with the dream blueprint of the property owner as a freelancer, the designer exploits the simple and natural elements to bring about the multi-functional transparent space full of elegant style; thence, a glamorous residence of concise texture is born of stylish and serene atmosphere.

木色增溫 時尚藏金 . Balmy wooden texture vs. Stylish metallic feature 蘊含溫暖質感的木料，除了部分有劃分場域之效，多為中和全屋調性所用、替現代簡潔的空間，帶來木質地特有的穩重感與微溫，生成複合建材的趣味。除此之外，為鋪敘並點亮全室氛圍，軟裝的搭配亦採用金屬感的材質，使得細節處透出瑩瑩亮澤。 Leverage the steady and balmy wooden texture, which slightly partitions the domains, furthermore, creates the charming touch of composite elements of the neat modern space. And then, take the advantages of the metallic furnishings of sheeny details, so that light up the surrounding features.
家具造景 延展視域 . Captivating art décor vs. Capacious visual field 基於業主工作上的需求，開放式的書房備有極長的書桌，使夫妻倆可以利用桌面擺放眾多物件，並且直接觀看客廳內的電視，將其作為另一工作螢幕利用。相連的沙發椅與書桌，彼此更成為客廳中央的主題風景，為客廳、書房之間的交流工具。 Set up a long worktable in the den of open-concept, which meets the working demands of the couples, and the TV in the living area can directly utilize as the office screen. The attached sofa and desk becomes the focal feature for the interaction between the living space and the den.
純粹豐實 冷調點睛 . Rustic material vs. Contemporary tone 「盤多磨」材質被大量運用於公領域地板和牆面，不僅以無接縫的特質鋪陳完整的空間敘事，灰冷調的質地，也增添現代與輕工業氣息，和整體選材和諧相融，同時透過施作時接觸面的乾濕度，變換出不同的色澤，產出迷人的視覺感受。 Widely make use of the "PANDOMO" for the floors and walls of the public areas, which manifests the seamless texture, moreover, shape the modern Loft style of cool grey hue. Consequently, the harmonious fashion materials and the various tones generate charming visual perception.

客廳 . The living area
客廳大面落地窗的電動垂直簾，形塑寬敞明亮的朦朧塊面，便於調控採光感，更貼近核心的「現代時尚」設計理念；轉角使用接壤地面的盤多磨材料，延伸地板至牆面，整合視覺上的材料，隨之而來的整面電視牆，為色澤白金斑駁的白金木化石，以特殊紋理為客廳增添不同的暖意。沙發前方，具十足設計感的桌几，以黑色金屬支撐小雕刻白石材，造型亮眼、散發花樣年華氣質。 具律動感的隱藏門片，以亮面鍍鈦板加上木皮組構，藏起其後的衛浴空間與儲物間，也搭配天花板輪廓，打造不規則的起伏趣味，打破既定的平實想像，利用設備的高低差，做天花板的風格展示。 Abiding by the core design concept of modern and stylish, set up large-scale French windows of the living area, which equipped with electric dimming curtain to form the spacious and bright feature. The wall at the corner exploits the element of PANDOMO that perfectly works in concert with the floor. The Moca Crema TV wall of unique texture brings about the cozy touch of the living area. And the designed coffee table in front of the sofa, the black metallic legs support the white marble tabletop, which present the striking youthful molding. The door pieces of dynamic feature is build of glazed titanium boards and wood slates, which ingeniously hide the bathroom and the stow space. In addition, corresponding to the pattern of the ceiling, depart from the flat imagination, and take the advantage of the layering setting of the appliances to show the extraordinary style.
書房 . The den
柚木色天花板做出線形設計，和地面色澤多變的盤多磨相輝映，劃分出書房的使用區域，沉穩的木色，更平靜使用者心境中的紛擾；其中特意選配的黑色燈槽，和客廳以及廚房的黑色線形出風口相仿，讓整體設計更具一致性。位在書桌背面的整面式展示牆，層板面為白色橡木皮，背牆為黑鏡，配以直立、往後照的燈槽，三處皆可提供照明，以各色方式打亮展示品。 The teak ceiling and the PANDOMO floor add radiance and beauty to each other, which also slightly set up the domain of the den, and the steady balmy tinge calms the interference of the users' mind. The selected fixtures of the black recessed down lights echo the air outlet linear pattern of the living area and the kitchen that hold the design theme in line. The feature wall at the rear of the worktable possesses the function of exhibition; the white oak shelf boards, the black mirror of the back wall, and the upright lamps highlight the collections in various ways.
餐區 . The dining area
電子烹調設備與抽油煙機設置於餐區，化解空間限制，與敞開的廚房相連結；看似精緻且用色搶眼的此地，蘊含多元的機能，無論派對、談論公事或是基本的用餐功能，都能在此完成，餐椅因此也使用跳色的橘，與帶粉調的青藍色組合，加上黑色金屬腳、斑馬木皮的幾何特色造型餐桌，和宛如風鈴、垂直降下的片片直條式光源，使得此區成為繽紛的多層次區塊。 The cooking equipment of induction heating and range hood are set up in the dining area to resolve the space limitation and connect with the open kitchen. The stylish and inviting place provides multiple functions of party, business, and meals. The dining chairs of orange and cyan tinge with black metal legs, the fashion dining tabletop of Zebrano texture, and the ceiling lights of wind chimes shape impart the striking features of the space.
主臥 . The master bedroom
粗獷但色澤光潤的鐵刀木皮格柵，是主臥室內的視覺焦點，帶領視線由上方來到中下處，線條切割的白色馬鞍皮革部分；白色繃皮革塊面，加飾白色車縫線於其上，細膩工藝如同經典包款，且其檯面亦可供置物，配合業主坐臥床鋪閱讀的習慣。此外，置物架的懸空設計，下方加設燈光可作夜燈使用、延伸空間，而馬鞍皮繃皮與鐵刀木之間所設的燈槽，更提供另一照明選擇。 窗畔，業主特意從國外帶回的臥榻靜置，提供其閱讀休憩的獨立天地；電動調光簾設於臥室，允許喜愛自然天光的業主，自由調配光線照映程度，讓私人的休息場所明媚放光。 The Bombay Blackwood bar pattern headboard of rustic yet lustrous texture becomes the focal vision of the master bedroom. Lead the sight down to the white saddle leather nightstand, which finishes with ivory sewing threads and the exquisite craftsmanship presents the highbrow feature; moreover, it is convenient for the host to place stuffs while reading by the bed. The hanging design with illumination downside provides light at night. The light belt between the saddle leather nightstand and Bombay Blackwood headboard provides another lighting option. The couch by the window that specially transport from abroad by the homeowner serves a laid-back place for reading and snoozing. The electric dimming curtain can easily adjust the lighting scale of the natural sunlight, so that brings about the pleasant ambience of the private rest domain.
客房 . The guest room
考量業主日後可能會將其挪為他用，客房設計以中性為主，也預想將來的使用者或為孩童，床頭採泡棉合成皮防撞，而在空間配置上也盡可能保留餘裕，方便入住者活動，並且搭配書桌及置物平台等配備，滿足此臥房的基本機能和延伸需求。 The guest room adopts the neutral scheme. And consider that it may use as a kid bedroom in the future, thence, make use of foam leatherette for headboard to prevent collision. Meticulously preserve enough rooms of the spatial configuration for activities. Furthermore, set up a desk and shelves to meet the essential functions and additional requirements.
